Owned and operated by Michael and Dyanna Kavanaugh, this Precision Panel Fab Shop serves customers in Southern California. This group has been active as residential general contractors in S. CA for years. They are currently offering SIP Fabrication and installation to their customers and will eventually provide full, turn-key contracting services from preliminary design through completion. Patrick Sughrue’s first introduction to Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) was in 1987 when he was part of a project that erected a timber frame home integrated with SIPs in Central Oregon. In 1998, Patrick and his wife Jill built their own home in Vancouver, WA using SIPs and many other Green Building products and techniques.
