Precision Panel's First Projects in Japan were shipped in 1996.

Precision Panel Structures has been shipping Structural Insulated Panels to Japan since 1996. Japanese builders discovered many years ago that Structural Insulated Panels are the premier building system for single family, multi-family and light commercial structures all over Japan. Not only do SIPs build a higher quality, more energy efficient structure than stick frame or traditional Japanese Post & Beam construction, SIP homes have survived some of the most severe earthquakes in Japan. Precision Panel SIPs have been used to build dozens of restaurants, several other types of commercial buildings and residential structures throughout Japan.
